Position: Setter | Appointment Scheduling Officer
Location: 100% Remote, Teleworking
Contract type: Full time
Status: Independent, self-employed, micro-enterprise, etc.
Remuneration: Fixed based on performance + Variable.
-> Fixed rate of €30 per qualified appointment taken + €100 commission per appointment converted into a customer

Octopus Media Monaco is seeking a setter with extensive experience and a strong, long-term partnership. Are you motivated, ambitious, and determined? Join our team and enjoy an uncapped salary based on merit and hard work.

- Remuneration: €1,500.00 to +€5,000.00 per month.
- On average, 20 to 40% of calls result in a qualified appointment with our lead base
- Possible progression to a sales/closer position
You must be:
- Experienced and autonomous.
- Determined and ambitious.
- Organized and rigorous.
- Serious and committed.
- Independent, self-employed, micro-enterprise, etc.
- You must be able to manage your own tax and administrative obligations.
If you prefer a permanent contract (CDI), this can be considered after an initial evaluation period of several months.
The compensation conditions and associated benefits will be different and adapted according to your performance and your adaptation to our needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect our lead base (already integrated into our CRM)
- Identify and prospect qualified leads.
- Manage telephone appointments with prospects.
- Effectively present the added value of our services.
- Research customer needs and issues
- Schedule client appointments
- Effectively manage CRM and customer portfolio.
Required skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in setting
- Excellent teleprospecting skills and experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
- Ability to establish and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Autonomy and strong motivation for teleworking.
- Fluency in speaking and writing with impeccable spelling.
- No current employment, internship or work-study contract.
Remuneration: Uncapped, based on merit and performance.
Working environment:
- Complete teleworking with a good internet connection, a telephone line and a computer required.
- Flexible hours and possibility of working weekends.
