Job Description:
Octopus Media Monaco is seeking a sales representative with extensive experience seeking a serious and lasting partnership. Are you a motivated, ambitious, and determined closing/sales professional? Join our team and enjoy uncapped commissions based on merit and hard work.

You must be:

• Experienced and autonomous.
• Determined and ambitious.

• You must be able to manage your own tax and administrative obligations.

If you prefer a permanent contract (CDI), this can be considered after an initial evaluation period of several months.
The compensation conditions and associated benefits will be different and adapted according to your performance and your adaptation to our needs.

Responsibilities:

• Active prospecting: customer file already integrated into our CRM
• Identify and prospect qualified leads.
• Manage telephone appointments with prospects.
• Manage video conference appointments with clients.
• Effectively present the added value of our services.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets.

• Effectively manage CRM and customer portfolio.
• Track and analyze KPIs to optimize performance.
  

Required skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in closing/commercial.
• Excellent teleprospecting skills and experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
• Ability to establish and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Autonomy and strong motivation for teleworking.
• Fluency in speaking and writing with impeccable spelling.
• No current employment, internship or work-study contract.

Compensation: Uncapped, merit and performance based, with high commissions.

Working environment:

• Complete teleworking with a good internet connection, a telephone line and a computer required.
• Flexible hours and possibility of working weekends.
